Day 6 in the “I WILL DO IT” November 2020 Challenge !!
After smashing the last 5 days of the challenge, I am sure you are ready to relax and recover so you are READY for next weeks workouts. In today’s video I have for you two sets of 12 stretches and flows performed on your yoga mat. We will perform each exercise for 45 seconds and rest for 10 seconds to get ready for the next stretch!
Ensure you perform at your own pace! You may go slightly faster or slower than me but ensure your form is 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼!!
