Runner’s knee recovery tips. In this video I’m going to help you avoid three of the biggest mistakes that runners make when trying to recover from runner’s knee (patellofemoral pain syndrome). If you have this common type of knee pain, don’t make the mistake of thinking that rest from running is enough to cure runner’s knee. Runner’s who successfully recover from this injury the quickest do so because they actively strengthen and rehab their knees, and even make changes to their running form as part of their runner’s knee treatment plan.
